A Global Five-Year Strategy to Prepare One Million Youth for the AI Era
As Artificial Intelligence scales rapidly across economies and societies, human understanding, ethical preparedness and youth inclusion are struggling to keep pace, creating growing risks for trust, equity and long-term societal impact. At this global inflection point, AI Exponential Thinker is launching “Next Gen First” a five-year strategy designed to equip youth with the knowledge, skills, and agency needed to shape the AI era responsibly.

Over the past Five years, AIXT has reached 100,000+ young people, supported 200+ mentees and convened 100+ high-impact AI conversations across 50+ countries, engaging leaders from Fortune 500 companies and globally recognized institutions.
